roaiq is not a response to a trend. It is a conviction about where the world is heading — forged from years of engineering production systems and seeing clearly what the next era of enterprise technology demands.

We are building Matimo, Nova, and Granth: the infrastructure layer that makes AI agents governed, production-ready, and scalable from day one. We also work directly with companies solving hard AI problems in production — not as a separate business, but because real-world complexity is the sharpest feedback loop there is. Every product we ship is a product we run.

What We Believe

Not a culture deck. A standard.

These aren't aspirational statements written for a careers page. They are how we actually work — in the products we ship, in the bar we hold ourselves to, and in the decisions we make when no one is watching.

Ship, Don't Slide-Deck

Production code or it didn't happen. Every feature, every fix, every release — it ships or it doesn't exist. We measure ourselves by what actually runs, at scale, in production. The deck follows the demo. Never the other way around.

Radical Transparency

We say what's true — to users, to each other, to the market. Uncomfortable truths delivered early are worth more than comfortable ones delivered late. What we're building, why something isn't ready, what we don't yet know — we say it plainly. No surprises.

Eat Your Own Dog Food

Every product we build, we run. Matimo manages our own tools. Nova runs our internal agents. Granth will hold our own knowledge. When something breaks, we feel it first. That's not a coincidence — it's the design. We don't ship things we wouldn't trust our own operations to.

Own It, Completely

Every problem that enters this company belongs to someone — fully, without condition. We don't escalate without a recommendation. We don't close a ticket we haven't actually solved. Ownership here isn't a value we talk about. It's structural — you feel it in how we build, how we communicate, and what we consider done.

Open Source First

Matimo is MIT-licensed. Not because it's good positioning — because the community made us better, and we owe it back. Open source compounds: what we give returns as a richer ecosystem for everyone building on top of it, including us. Giving back isn't optional. We cherish it.

AI-Native by Default

We don't "add AI" to things. We start from the assumption that intelligence is the architecture — then work backward. That changes every decision: how we build products, how we hire, what we consider worth building at all. If AI doesn't belong somewhere, we'll say so. But we always ask the question first.

Built to Last

We are building an institution, not chasing a cycle. Every hire is a long bet. Every product decision compounds toward something that still matters in twenty years. We don't optimise for the quarter. roaiq exists because of a clear-eyed view of where enterprise technology is heading — and the conviction that the infrastructure for the agent era needs to be built with engineering depth, not just good timing. Sajesh started roaiq not to chase the AI wave, but to build the systems that make it usable at scale: governed, auditable, and production-ready from day one.

Every product decision, every client engagement, and every line of code comes back to the same standard: does this compound in value over time? That is the question roaiq was founded to answer.
